Stay Sharp is a DVD-based drug prevention presentation for middle school and high school youth. It's a hard hitting, high energy prevention message regarding abuse and its consequences. This is a visually dramatic presentation that features Teen Challenge students telling of their personal journeys toward destruction that includes a precise description of the "Facts, Lies and Costs" of illicit drug use. Their stories and the images in the DVD combine to create a moving presentation. Break points between presentation segments allow for local Teen Challenge students to share their personal stories and for the presenter to contribute their own comments and information.
The Stay Sharp program offers four presentation choices:
The Generic Version - includes four different segments that make clear the consequences and costs of addiction. This version is appropriate to use in a public school or other secular setting.
The Safe Haven Version - adds a segment in which students share how Teen Challenge has impacted their lives
The Church Version - adds a segment in which the students share their faith in Christ.
The Full Version - includes all six segments totaling more than 14 minutes.
